The “Sunny Smart Living” event, brilliantly organized by Can’nX and ProKNX, proved a dazzling showcase for the latest innovations in KNX and IoT solutions. The two days, from September 28, 2023 at 10:00 am to September 29, 2023 at 3:00 pm, were a veritable feast of information and exploration for integration professionals.

The technical workshops offered were key moments, giving participants the opportunity to become energy masters. The intuitive dashboard and discussions on energy optimization and storage with Graf’nX captivated attention, offering fresh perspectives on energy management. Much more than a simple voice assistant, Aragon was presented as a secure solution guaranteeing privacy, underlining the constant evolution of technology.

The rise of augmented KNX was also at the heart of discussions, highlighting monitoring, remote access and centralization with Kloud’nX. Solutions using intelligent sensors and artificial intelligence for home care and assistance were explored, opening up promising horizons for the industry.

Innovative companies such as Elsner Elektronik GmbH, Lingg & Janke OHG, Weinzierl Engineering GmbH, Enertex Bayern GmbH, and many others, shared their revolutionary products. From Elsner Elektronik GmbH’s irrigation system to Lingg & Janke OHG’s water pressure and flow sensors, each exhibitor made a valuable contribution to the convergence of technologies.

The fusion of IoT and KNX was particularly highlighted, demonstrating how these technologies can work harmoniously together. Various fields such as swimming pools, access control, camera surveillance, photovoltaics, energy storage and charging stations were explored through the innovative lens of Klock’nX.

Basalt’s new products, the MIRO remote control and the ADELANTE door station, were also presented, adding a contemporary touch to the convergence of technology and design.

A highlight of the event was the KNX Association’s exclusive presentation of KNX Data Secure and KNX IP Secure, providing first-hand information on security developments in KNX technology.

A total of 40 KNX integrators took part in the event, making Sunny Smart Living a resounding success. The sharing of knowledge, practical demonstrations and lively discussions created a dynamic atmosphere conducive to the exchange of ideas and professional networking.
